This is the correct placement for a tornado with this supercell in Greenwood Co, Kansas. While the LLC (low-level circulation) might be hidden in the lowest tilt, there is quite a deep TDS (tornado debris signature) visible from KICT, as well as KTWX. A tornado was on the ground.
