Yogurt + salad + grilled chicken breast + 2 chapati

Protein is almost 70 gram kind of on the higher side.
Will finish the day of with 1.5 scoop of whey protein.

Day 2 :
Carbs on pointโœ…
Fats on point โœ…
Protein on point โœ…
No gym cause of Sundayโœ…
Cardio completed โœ…
