CITY EXPOSED: Back in February, I broke the story about major public safety concerns outside Summit Sierra High School. Students at this #Seattle charter school face homeless encampments, drug dens and crime all around them. What about their rights?

I will not consider sanctioned encampments without strict controls:

❌️ No drug use/illegal activities
❌️ No permanent locations
❌️ Not near schools/playgrounds
❌️ No garbage
❌️ Packed up by 7 am daily
❌️ Acceptance of outreach including police when necessary.

This is what it means to be a 'Sanctuary City.'
