PuffyPaws is currently in talks and getting a prototype from the factory that made the rerun of the Wolf that was VERY good quality.
This factory is very big and well established.
We ask you, our wonderful customers, to please continue to have faith in us!!

Yes, we are aware that JetSonic employees took the remining products and are selling them.
We have NOTHING to do with these sales, so buyer beware.
China views these products the property of Jetsonic, so our hands are tied.

Hi Puffy Fans! I know it has been a while since we posted, but it takes time to find a factory we like, and we won't know until we see a prototype and that takes about a month. We are putting in for two very soon.

We regret the delays. This for sure falls into the 'unforeseen events' section of our order form.
Rest assured we are working as hard as we can to get you your quality toys as quickly as possible. However, we do not want to sacrifice time for quality.

When we get the husky we need to check the quality. We also have another factory interested, so we will look at their quality.
You know our demands, so it has to be a quality product for you!
We thank you for your patience as we pivot to a new company to finish your orders!

Puffy Projects Update:
As we futher go after Jetsonic, we are not stopping and are working with a new factory. They informed us they need a month or two to expand operations. In the meantime, we have paid for and ordered a Husky prototype. This will take 3-6 weeks...

Please only email us if we sent you a tracking number and did not get a toy. I will run a tracking on all those sent to us and see if they were delivered. If not, I will mark you as not shipped.
The clean up from Jetsonic continues!

It has come to our attention that Jetsonic sent some bad tracking numbers and people didn't get their huskies that we thought were sent.

Its a heartbreaking blow to all of us, but please give us the time to rebuild.

and YES, this is 100% we are going forward on everything that was purchased.
It is our responsibility to chase Jetsonic, but sounds like that is just a lost cause.
All we ask is patience and time. We start fresh with a new builder, check the quality then build and ship.

If Jetsonic has stolen our merchandise, and when we see the quality is good, we will start rebuilding all the toys that are paid for.

Update:
As we continue to work on finding out if Jetsonic still has the Huskies (which would be the quickest way to get them to you), we are in contact with a new factory to get new samples made to make sure they are the quality we want.

Landlord said no access on the weekends. So we will have to wait.

We continue to push forward and do what we can!

Today's update: Learned the factory building owner's name, investigating further into where the toys are.

Our liasion in China went to the closed factory building. You can see in the video that the factory still has machines in it... not sure about toys.
