Well done to the girls at Scoil Uí Cheithearnaigh who have qualified for the Cumann na Bunscoil Div. 1 schools semi final . They played 4 matches on Monday and their semifinal takes place this Friday. Fantastic achievement for all the girls and to Nioclas for all their hard work!

This ‘yoke’ was ‘erected’ yesterday in the centre of the pretty little #Galway village of #Kilrickle , some 9 kms east of #Loughrea , on the road to #Ballinasloe . It’s about 25 metres high, dwarfing the village, directly opposite the local primary school. This the best we can do?
