Station Long service awardees from this year and last year along with their guests were proud to represent Courtmacsherry Lifeboat Station at the Special #RNLI200 year anniversary Garden Party hosted by the Royal Family in Buckingham Palace yesterday.

The #Teddington RNLI station is one of the country’s busiest, made up of thirty-plus fully-trained volunteer shore and boat crew. As 2024 marks the RNLI’s 200-year anniversary, I headed down to the station to find out more about the crew’s unique lifesaving work. #RNLI200

#RNLI200 cerebrations in Poole Harbour last weekend. A fabulous flotilla of historic and modern lifeboats both in the UK and from abroad. Plus a great opportunity to visit the factory and training facilities in Poole.

This orange rose named ‘With Courage’ by RNLI supporters in homage to one of the RNLI’s key values and the words of founder Sir William Hillary who said: ‘With courage, nothing is impossible.’
