Today is #EqualPayDay . Women still earn 32% less than men. The gap is even larger for Black women, Indigenous women, Arab women and women w disabilities.
We need strong public investment in community services to narrow the gap & increase women's economic liberation.
April 16 is Equal Pay Day. The pay gap is not just about gender. The gap increases when intersecting with those who additionally face discrimination.
Tell your MPP to invest in community services and close the gap.

They were here to support Mayor Olivia Chow's city building budget.

Today, I joined @joshmatlow and Paul Ainslie to discuss a budget that protects and expands library services.
Libraries are special places. They're one of the few places people can come for free. Where anyone can access programs and services. Libraries make life more affordable.
