#budgetto The City of Toronto just installed a devise to count the number of cyclists riding on Bloor St W at High Park. It took about 2 weeks to complete using a subcontractor with lots a equipment and crew of about 8 men, At what cost? $70,000, $100,00? What a waste of money!!
